Over the past few years, I fell in love with the process of developing and expressing characters through their attire. I am particularly fond of costume rendering, a process that I have practiced extensively over the years. I love to sketch, and improving my skills in rendering has not only improved my skills as a sketcher but also as a costume designer.

The following images are photoshopped collages I made for my costume styles course, which challenged us to create concepts for each of the productions we read and develop designs around those concepts. We learned to communicate those ideas through “World of the Play Collages.”
